3. Coaching Services; No Guarantees

College Interview Pro provides college interview coaching, guidance, and related educational support. You understand and agree that:

• Coaching is guidance, not a guarantee.

• We do not guarantee admission to any school, program, or scholarship.

• We are not providing legal, medical, psychological, tax, or financial advice.

Any decisions you make based on coaching or materials provided through the Services are your own responsibility.

4. Booking, Payment, Rescheduling, and Refunds

4.1 Booking & Payment

• All coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

4.2 Rescheduling

• A coaching session may be rescheduled at no additional charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.

• Rescheduling requests must be made through the method specified in your booking confirmation (for example, email or the online scheduling system).

• If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the session start time, we may treat the session as used and are not required to reschedule it.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

• All bookings are non-refundable, including individual sessions and multi-session packages.

• If you cancel a session or package for any reason, no refund will be issued.

• If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not rescheduled it in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy above, the session will be treated as used and no refund or credit will be provided.

We reserve the right to cancel a session (for example, due to illness or technical issues). If we cancel, we will offer to reschedule or provide an appropriate credit.

5. Accounts and Security

You may be required to create an account or provide certain information to use parts of the Services.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;

• Maintain the security of your login credentials; and

• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, images, and software, as well as the selection and arrangement of such content (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to College Interview Pro and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with college interview preparation. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Content;

• Sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services; or

• Remove any proprietary notices on the Content.

7. User Content

You may be able to submit, upload, or otherwise provide content (for example, messages, feedback, or materials you share during coaching) ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant College Interview Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display that User Content as reasonably necessary to provide the Services to you and improve our offerings. We will not disclose your personally identifiable information except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content; and

• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems; or

• Use any automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Services, except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, or services (such as payment processors, scheduling platforms, or video conferencing tools). These third parties are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Services and Content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• College Interview Pro, its owners, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for Services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless College Interview Pro and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services;

• Your violation of these Terms; or

• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

13. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice as appropriate.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles.

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us first. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
